During Flatås Julecup 2023, Heimdal had 17 teams playing in Guttelag 7 år (født 2016), Guttelag 10 år (født 2013), Damer Senior, Jentelag 8 år (født 2015), Jentelag 12 år (født 2011) and Jentelag 13 år (født 2010) respectively. The team in Damer Senior made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspel A, but lost it against Heimdal Fotballklubb 1 by 0-5. Heimdal comes from HEIMDAL which lies approximately 2 km from Flatåsen, where Flatås Julecup takes place.
