In addition to the two Byåsen teams, 15 other teams played in Guttelag 15 år (født 2008) KM. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Byåsen IL 1 could be found in Group B together with Nationalkameratene Sportsklub Vestbyen/SPK Nationalkameratene hvit, Utleira IL G 15-1 and Ranheim IL 3.
Byåsen IL 1 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Nationalkameratene Sportsklub Vestbyen/National rød with 0-7. Thereby Byåsen IL 1 finished second in G15 (f 2008) Slutspel A during Flatås Julecup 2023. Byåsen IL also participated in Guttelag 14 år (født 2008) during Flatås Julecup 2022.
